Dannielle Zozuk – 2025 Winner

The winner of the 2025 Dawn Slade-Faull Award, Dannielle Zozuk is an emerging artist who enjoys working across a variety of mediums. Her practice is characterised by harmonious colour palettes and vibrant tones that bring energy and warmth to her work. A love of pattern is central to her art, with intricate details that invite viewers to look more closely. Drawing inspiration from the world around her, Dannielle often reflects on her own experiences of culture, place, and people to shape her creative expression. She is also interested in exploring her Tasmanian First Nations heritage, which is becoming an important influence in her artistic journey.

She has exhibited as part of SALA, the Adelaide Fringe, and in numerous gallery spaces including Gallery 1855 and Post Office Projects Gallery and Studio. Dannielle works from the Port Adelaide Tutti Arts studios, where she continues to develop and expand her artistic practice.
