I certify, to the best of my knowledge, that the statements in this entry are true and that the supporting material (i) is my own original work and does not infringe copyright, (ii) has been completed within the last two years prior to the closing date for entries and, (iii) that I am currently actively participating in my creative medium.
I am aware that any advice given to artists in response to inquiries about the Award should be regarded as advice only. I will not act on expectations arising from such advice.
I acknowledge that the decision of the Trustees of the Dawn Slade-Faull Award will be final and no further correspondence will be entered.
If granted an Award, I agree that the words, “…..assisted by the DAWN SLADE-FAULL AWARD” will be included in all publicity material, and that the Award will be acknowledged at any exhibitions or in any project where Dawn Slade-Faull Award funds have been used.
If my entry is successful, I agree to write a brief report within three months of the completion of any projects supported by the Award. The report will describe how the Award was used, and the professional development outcomes achieved.
I hereby agree that, if my entry is successful, photographs of my work submitted for the Dawn Slade-Faull Award may be used to promote the Award, including reproduction on websites for the Dawn Slade-Faull Award, arts publications or galleries or disability focused organisations, and confirm (if relevant) that I have secured any necessary rights from the photographer of my work.
I hereby indemnify the Dawn Slade-Faull Award Trustees against any liabilities arising out of any claim that the works or the Award’s use of the works, or the granting of permission to use the works or photographs of the works, infringes copyright, moral rights, or any other rights of any third party.
